Thank you so much for playing! I’m glad you liked it.

Artstyle is so good, like an acid version of System Shock.

I really enjoyed this game. The claustophobia from the small rooms, and the constant fear of finding something around the corner. Well done!

Developer(+1)

Really appreciate you playing and taking the time to share this! An acid version of System Shock. Now that’s a huge compliment!

It’s awesome to hear the tight spaces and constant tension landed well. That feeling of claustrophobia and unease around every corner was definitely something we wanted to lean into.

Thanks again. Super glad you enjoyed the experience!

That style is sick as hell. It's like some kind of demonic laser tag arena! Is the dungeon procedurally generated too? I found lots of treasure chests which opened but I don't know if I received anything. The intro page looked amazing as well with one of your amazing shiny enemies there waiting for you!

Developer

Haha, I love the “demonic laser tag arena” comparison.

Yep, the dungeon is procedurally generated, so every playthrough should have its own unique twists. About the treasure chests, sometimes they drop biscuits which you can eat from your satchel to heal or reduce your fear bar.

And I’m super glad you enjoyed the intro page! Thanks again for taking the time to check everything out, really appreciate it!

Thank you so much for playing and sharing your thoughts! Sorry to hear you got soft locked on the first encounter. We’re already working on adjusting the combat to make it a bit more forgiving. For now, the best strategy is to avoid enemies whenever possible and only fight if there’s no way out.

Really glad to hear you enjoyed the visual style! Also, huge thanks for showcasing the game on stream

This game conveys the emotions very well and is very enjoyable. I would have liked it to have made some sound or animation when eliminating an enemy, but I still really liked it.

Developer

Thanks a lot for your feedback, we’re planning to implement it. Thanks for playing!

The art style of this game is incredibly stimulating – so much fun! I'm also curious if there's an ending to this game, or if I just keep moving through the maze and dodging monsters?

Developer(+1)

Yes! There’s an ending you have to explore the maze, and when you grab some cookies on the chests around the map, you can go back to the elevator to reach the shop. If you keep going down in the elevator, you’ll eventually reach the “final level.”  Thank you so much for playing it, I’m glad you liked the game!

A really unique aesthetics for sure. Really hard to wrap my mind around what was happening but didn't have a bad time at all. congrats! Also te combat ui is really clean.

Developer(+1)

Thanks so much for your feedback! I’m glad you liked the aesthetics and the combat UI. I totally get that it might be a bit tricky to wrap your head around at first. But I’m happy to hear you still had a good time. Hopefully next time it’ll be a bit more intuitive!

Couldn't get very far because I'm easily scared and startled and these guys gave me the creeps haha! I tried three runs, which ended swiftly, but on my third one I at least got to open to chests! Don't know what I got from them cause I was almost immediately cornered by three guys who all got into combat with me and I didn't know if fleeing was my best option so I tried to fight and died. Cool concept tho!

Developer

Haha, thanks for playing! Yeah, most of the time, running away is your best option, but you don’t get rid of the creatures. The chests actually contain biscuits! You can eat them to heal or reduce fear, and they’re also the currency in the game, so you can spend them at the shop (To access the shop, just press the button in the elevator). The difficulty might be a little high, so the ideal strategy is to avoid the creatures, focus on opening chests, and use your biscuits to buy stat upgrades. Thanks a lot for the feedback!

Wow, what a trip. I don't understand it but it's definitely an experience and well put together!

Developer

Haha, glad you had an experience, even if it was a bit confusing! We’re definitely working on making things clearer, we’re happy you found it well put together. Thanks for playing, and we’re happy you enjoyed it!

Pretty unique visuals, I like it!

Developer

Thanks! Glad you liked the visuals—we really bet on them 😊

The visuals are great with all the post processing. The music loop is a bit too simple and short though imho.

Nice psychadelic game.  :D

Developer

Thanks! We’re glad you enjoyed the visuals and the psychedelic vibe. Appreciate your feedback! <3

Such a cool and unique art, congratulations! Even with controllers on the wall it got kinda hard to understand the flow as a whole so you could add a mini tutorial section on the first area, but is very cool, nice job!

Developer(+1)

Thanks so much! We’re glad you liked the art! We’ve actually already added a small HUD to indicate which controls you can use, but since it’s a Game Jam project, we can’t update the game itself. However, we’re planning to add a more detailed control explanation on the game page. Thanks for your feedback, and we appreciate you playing!

VISUALS ARE SOO COOL!

its very unique but I can't work out how it works, can you add controls or like a tiny guide in your description

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Of course! The basic controls are shown on the elevator wall, but I’ll make a quick guide to avoid any misunderstandings. Thank you very much!
