How does your game fit the theme?
The game is an infinite loop of waves BUT also that you have to dodge your bullet that loops around the sphere.

Very cool! But I think it would be even cooler if the planet doesn't get smaller, instead you will have to deal with your bullets forever, but as a trade off, the amount of enemies should be a bit smaller. Anyway, I think this game has a lot of potential!
Awesome idea and interpretation of the theme and the game even though it is simple also flows really nice.
Pretty effective for the simple mechanics. I enjoy the planet shrinking as it does add quite a lot of difficulty, but it feels rewarding to get the hang of. Music is boppin too!
I had fun playing this even though it's a simple concept! Btw one time when I hit replay for some reason the game was on slow motion, and I think it was a bug? Just letting you know! :) Great job!
Thanks for playing and for letting me know about the bug!
I like the movement and artstyle! With a bit more polish it'll make a great game :DDD
Thanks! :D
Pretty nice! I like the idea of having to avoid your own bullets, I'd say the camera is a bit wonky, and I feel like the hitboxes of the enemies are a little silly, but it's still pretty fun.
Thanks! Yea the camera and some overall polish would've been nice. I will keep polishing after the jam!
At first I was shocked to see new blue enemies, but then came to realise that I was doing myself a grand ol' disservice by spamming shots xD
Hahah awesome! Thanks for playing!
Great idea to keep your shot prices. I like the risk/reward element of having random bullets spinning around the orbit to help you.
The game feels quite challenging right now though. The 1-shot kill mechanic is pretty unforgiving, and the controls and camera could use a bit more polish to feel smoother.
Great job overall. Also love the shader work. Did you use Quibli for the shader? I was thinking of trying that too, would you recommend it?
Thanks for the feedback! I totally agree that the controls and camera could use more polish. I also wanted to put items that gives the player a second chance but time ran out.
I'm actually using a DOS like shader: https://savthemage.itch.io/dos-style-shaders-for-unity
Really fun concept, nice and simple arcade style gameplay. Dodging your own projectiles in orbit definitely makes you think twice about spamming shots!
Thanks for playing!
