Such a fun game! Really cool concept had a ton of fun too! Some minor critic tho. Right I don't know what the point of taking more cookies is maybe add a minimum requirement to pass the level but besides that its visually pleasing, the ui is juicy and its fun too play! Great work! Deserves way more reviews!

Really fun take on the theme, I don't think I have seen another game yet using that kind of cookies! The visuals were really nice, particularly the effect on the walls.

Currently I felt like the gameplay was a little to samey with just the guards as obstacles but it is a really solid base and I can definitely see other things adding more depth such as cameras, and the noise mechanic could also be expanded upon more.

your game was called 'LoopGMTK' which is for another game jam lol but I assume you just used the same project but started basically from scratch? right??

any whoooo I found the stealth mechanics really well put together and the game felt really polished well done!

Developer

Thanks for playing. I can explain the whole folder name lol, basically what happened is I had the git repository with the empty project set up for the GMTK jam but I ended up not even participating. And unreal engine makes it pretty tedious to change the original project name especially if it's a C++ project.

The game was fun and the stealth was well implemented. The only question I had was, what effect did the number of biscuits have on our winning?

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing it. The idea behind number of biscuits was meant to just be more of a high score system to see how many you can pick up before the timer ends.

The game looks really awesome. Everything is polished to a single style, from the interface to the environment, shaders, and even the ones and zeros. It was funny listening to some aggressive music after stealing, like I could just grab everything and run. Overall, the game just feels amazing!

well my experince was great and i had fun as for the visuals they are on point and sounds were really cool, i just didn't like level 3 because the guards were really too slow and that level felt like time level instead of thinking how to get out with the cookies, first few levels were to teach so they were super cool, as for the last level it was the best one so far as i had to think for few minutes to be able to win, as for the theme it fits it perfectly. 9/10

I really enjoyed the game! It feels really polished and the overall theme, story works out really well. The concept of cookies/biscuits and stealing data from a company's server along with the stealth aspects all flow together seamlessly for an immersive experience. Some thoughts:
- the stealth aspect of it felt really well done and feels fair/just the right range

- the noise bar seems a bit negligible as it seems more about crouch/distance more so than noise but maybe just needs some more tweaking or adjustments

- there were some minor bugs where i was caught but the guard was facing away

- the music after obtaining the cookie is great but it seems a bit disjoint because it sounds like the alarms are going off and im being chased but the guards are still going through their normal motions. Maybe you can pick up the pace of the song a bit to increase anxiety but not sound like people are coming after you even though they're not

- there doesn't seem to be any risk/benefits getting more cookies than just the one but maybe can build that into the story more. It is interesting though how getting more cookies actually impedes my field of view maybe can play into that a bit.

Overall very enjoyable and well polished. Great job on the submission!

AMAZING game! I really loved it, it was a ton of fun. Artistically, it's truly spectacular, and everything else is also polished and well done. Great work!

Developer

Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Really unique take on the theme, if you plan on updating it maybe have a limited amount of cookies scatered around the area on multiple locations :) But overall this has a really great stealth/robbery like execution

Developer

Thank you! The cookies in multiple location is a great suggestion

Such good fun! The levels were well designed so they are not tough, but still require your attention to escape! Lovely graphics and sound design : ) ALL THE COOKIES ARE MINE!

Game, fun and a good spin on the theme. But i gotta ask, is it meant to be one level or did it just not work. When i played it, after i pressed continue it kicked me to the main menu.

Developer

Thanks for playing. Yes the version you played only had one level, but I just uploaded a new version with more levels. I also added a pop up at the end of the game to make it not feel like you just get randomly kicked out to the main menu.
