2Services Offered
ISBNLookup.org provides bibliographic book lookup utilities and premium book submission services to index book metadata, cover designs, and sample materials into global catalog databases for authors, publishers, and distributors.
3No Refund Policy for ISBN Metadata Service
Please read this policy carefully prior to ordering:
Because administrative setup, catalog database allocation, and manual verification procedures begin immediately upon order placement, we do not offer refunds on our ISBN Metadata Addition service ($58 service as presented on /add).
All sales for the Book Metadata Addition service are final once checkout is completed via Stripe. Customers are responsible for providing their book requirements (metadata, cover design, and optional sample) via email to contact@bookllo.com after purchase.
4Customer Responsibilities & Submissions
When submitting book data for database indexing, you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary publishing rights, authorizations, and ownership for the provided text, metadata, cover artwork, and sample materials. Bookllo Publishing LLC reserves the right to reject submission materials containing illegal or infringing content.
5Limitations of Liability & Disclaimers
Our lookup and cataloging tools are provided "as is". While we take rigorous measures to ensure accurate catalog submissions across global databases, third-party catalog updating schedules and indexing speeds remain subject to individual registry protocols.
