I got a polo from the Buckle last night. Jason went shopping with me. I think he scared some of the girls working there because he was looking for jeans right along with them, and I think he got a smaller size than all of them and then tried them on in front of them for me.

It made me laugh.

Tomorrow is the bachelorette party. You can go die if I spelt that wrong because I don't care all that much. Then I'm going out with the Kodyster.

Molly is pretty much my hero.

I pretty much love Neutral Milk Hotel, but some of the lyrics are like... what? Other than that I'm royally mad at the fact that not a single stupid store in this town sells the new Minus The Bear cd. Bitches.

Last night Kody and I hung out. He came in for the weekend because he missed everyone in GI. He's been going to school in Beatrice for a while.

We went bowling, in which, I kid you not: I bowled a 15, and he bowled a 100-something. After bowling we went to Perkins and hung out for a while. Then we went to Hastings and looked through fashion magazines before I read Harry Potter outloud to him. We bought the new Harry Potter book and a 49 cent Hanson cd, and because of our bargain, we listened to Mmm Bop full blast with the windows down while we 'cruised the strip'. Then we went to Dairy Queen before his house.

He's a doll. But I won't get to see him again until the 27th. Darn.

I did get a free pizza today at Bonzai because the guys there love me. Yes, I do kick ass. Duh.

I saw Alex when I went to Omaha. My cousin took me over to Mercy High School and I spent an hour hanging out with him, all the Wisconsins, and the... Kansasinians from last year? It was a lot of fun.

My mom blew up at me today because she didn't like the shirt I was going to wear for registration. I told her I didn't care, and I didn't change. So I didn't have to go with her. But Meghan called me later and I had to go with her.

I'm working at Blue Moon now, and it's a blast. I think it would be easier if I had ever drank coffee before though.

I got the job at Blue Moon. They were quite interesting interview questions however. One was 'What kind of music do you listen to?' while another was something along the lines of 'What are you views on intolerance?'

I'm going to Omaha tomorrow to go to the zoo. I'm also going to get a fitting for my dress in the wedding, and if all things go okay, I'm going to go to visit Mercy Highschool where a friend of mine that I met last year on a mission trip is currently on a new mission trip with his group from Wisconsin. I'm really excited to see him.

Then Wednesday morning we're dropping Shawn off at the airport because he has to go back a week early. I believe Sharena and I are then leaving to go shopping in Omaha and then Lincoln on the way back. Very excited about that as well.

So... yes. Summer is pretty much over for me, what with two jobs, soccer coming up, and the wedding coming up very soon.

This just in: It's confirmed. Matt Hoffman is playing at the wedding, and if he has half the looks of Matt, I will die happy.

And also, to drag this on longer, Jim Hightower wrote a book entitled 'Theives In High Places' and I'm sure everyone should read it at least once. It's enlightening.

My last day of Quizno's was Sunday night (17th) from 4-close(9ish). My first day of Arby's was Monday morning at 9.

Arby kicks so much butt over Quizno's. : )

I have an interview for Blue Moon Coffee Company as well on Monday. Score. That would be a great job.

This summer has gone incrediably fast. Perhaps it's because all it has been is work. I've also realized I'm going to miss so many seniors that are going off to college. Jennifer probably makes the top of the list.

-On July 1-5 I was in Tekamah, NE hanging out by the river. Yep. I got a tan.
-I went and saw Bewitched with Matt and Mo. We walked out early. The movie sucked.
-Mo and I saw War of the Worlds. Much better movie. Robbie was hot.
-I've decided I'm marrying Jake Gyllenhal and the guy that played Robbie. That's how cool I am.
-I got the new Anberlin CD and the new The Agony Scene CD. Anberlin stole my heart, and Matt has TAS right now.
-I've been working my butt off every morning at my grandpa's farm, so unfortunetly my tan has turned into a very dark and healthy...farmer's tan.
-My bridesmaids dress came in. I'm going down to Omaha on the 26-27 to get a fitting. On the 27 Shawn goes back home, but he should be coming back down for the wedding.
-Today was my mom's birthday, so last night Morgan and I went shopping, got a bunch of black crepe paper, balloons, signs, noise makers and such. We got some of the parts and services guys from my mom's work to let us back in her office and really did a number on her office. THen we left a noise maker taped with a balloon on her coworkers desks. Yes. I do kick ass.

Score.

I got my rook pierced on the 8th. I love it.

I got my hair cut and colored yesterday. Casey did an amazing job. He made me go outside and he got a couple of pictures for his portfolio. I've never had hair this dark. :|... He also said if he was a few years younger he'd be asking me what I was doing that night. <3 Darn those 26-year-olds.

I'll get pictures of both of them up in a few days.

I haven't gotten much sleep lately. Friday night I stayed the night over at Amos's with Sharena because his roomates and him were out of town and they have a great theater at the house. We decided to make house-sitting fun by watching a few movies, and I've fallen in love with "The Dead Poets Society." We went to bed around 12ish, but at 1 a.m. Travis called and woke me up. I didn't answer it because I was too tired, and finally fell back to sleep a while later. Then at 3:30 Tom Clinch called. I ignored it the first time, but he called right back a second time so I answered. He was wasted. I was tired. I couldn't get back to sleep until about 5ish, and then had to wake up at 7 anyway because we had a garage sale and I had to help set up and then go to work.

Then last night I stayed up until about 12 again doing a puzzle that became addictive and watching TV. Nate Backer decided to call me about 1:30ish, because him, Zane, and Kyle were all camping in Sherman and since it was raining they couldn't sleep and felt like calling. I had to wake up early again to help set up for the second day of the garage sale and then, once again, go to work.

My summer has become a dull routine of work, somehow managing to sleep, and trying to keep a social life.

I wish I was 5 again.
