five for friday
Jul. 9th, 2010 08:33 amWoooo-hoo! Things that are great about today...
♥ The Jamie Cullum show in Clearwater was amaaaaaazing. Our seats were fourteen rows back from the stage and we had a fantastic view. Jamie is just a consummate performer; he really gives it his all and you just know he's loving every second of it. Oh, man, what a fabulous night.
★ It's Friday!! Busy weekend ahead it seems but also beach time so it's all good.
♥ My brother just texted me to confirm his visit next week. Yay!
★ French toast bagel for brekkie (sometimes it's the small things, yeah?)
Anyway, it is indeed Friday and, for once, I'm able to post which means...five for friday! Thanks to my week of music and traveling I thought we'd do a slightly on-topic theme. A couple of these have been recycled from a December set but I'd love to hear more stories and, hey, your answer might have changed in six months. :)
1. What is one of your favourite concert memories?
2. What is your go-to pick me up song when you're feeling low? Why?
3. Road trips are...?
4. What was one trip (road trip or otherwise) that you have particularly fond memories of?
5. If you're only as old as you feel, how old are you?
I owe comments, emails, etc. Shall get to all this weekend. Have a great one, lovelies! *hugs the flist*

Date: 2010-07-14 12:02 pm (UTC)And yes, I have been a bit overwhelemed and depressed and busy. I tend to avoid the webs when that happens as they have a way of bringing me down. Plus no internet at home right now soooooooo. And your reason for being away and busy is so much better than mine!!! <3
