Hi all, I'm going to get an industrial this week sometime. I only have 3 lobe piercings on each ear and vertical nipple piecrings so I'm very excited to add some more to the collection :) I just want to know if it will even be possible before I go in... my ears are thin, like I can bend them really easily. If I get a 14 gauge barbell, do you think it will weigh it down and cause my ear to stick out or bend? Maybe this is dumb but I want to know before I have any probs with my piercing. Thanks :D

My indy got a little infection, so I took the bar out and had some captive bead rings put in instead. Now the front one has formed an odd lump just above the site of the piercing. I tried to open it, thinking it was infection swelling, but it just bled. Anyone know anything about this phenomenon? Similar experiences?
Hello all! I just got my indy piercing on Tuesday and I love it. I have a question, though. Did anyone else experience this -
The anti-helix part of the piercing seems to be fine, but the helix part (in the back) is still bleeding slightly. I am cleaning it with salt water and a Q-tip (I have to use table salt because I don't have any sea salt, but I've used table salt on piercings before so I figure it's okay) and every time I clean the back part, the Q-tip comes away with blood on it. Does anyone know how long that should happen? It's not a massive amount of blood, just streaks, but still I worry about infection/rejection/etc.
Thanks for your insights.
Hey all, i've had my indy for about half a year already but I lost my bar.
Is there anything I can do to keep it open?
I currently have a needle through it: fear of it being closed.
How long does it take for it to heal up?
Im Singaporean and i've tried 3 shops, they don't sell it anymore.
Indy bars are pretty scarce in Singapore. ):
Please HELP!

Hello, lovelies!
I've come with somewhat of a dilemma, I'm afraid.
There seems to be a bump forming near the top of my industrial. Nothing big, don't fret - I just have no idea how it came about or how to get rid of it. I suppose it's from my inconsistant cleaning. Now that I think of it, it may be a keloid, but it doesn't have the characteristics of it...no puss, no pain, etc.
I'd supply ya'll with a picture, but, the position of it extra tricky, and I can't capture it correctly. If I somehow manage to, I'll post it stat.
Any advice would be more than appreciated!
