Day 19 - A pairing you've rooted for since the beginning
You know, this is a hard question to answer because I tend to SAFT - Ship At First Sight. I normally establish a ship as soon as I see what I like and latch on fast, and it is usually, if not always, at the very beginning of a show. The only exception I can think of so far to this is Sheldon/Penny. Sometimes, I even ship the pairing before watching the show! I'll see a picture that somebody posted, a fanvid just because I'm curious, a picspam because it looked pretty, a fanmix, promotional stills, etc. and think, "Wow, they look cute together," and then I watch the show and find out that they're not together, but I CAN'T HELP BUT SHIP THEM ANYWAY because I shipped them before I could even know anything about them.

But a ship I rooted for since the beginning that burned me was definitely Chloe/Clark. ): Good things did not happen for me with that ship. Chuck/Sarah, on the other hand, was fabulous and worked out just the way I had hoped. ♥♥


Day 20 - The "can't stand the sexual tension anymore" pairing?
Right now, I would say Damon/Elena. I think Damon and Elena have more chemistry together than Stefan and Elena, but I think that's just because Damon is such an ass, so it makes for better TV. :P

They had such great chemistry, okay? They are def. my favorite version of Peter and Wendy. Also, Rachel Hurd Wood is the most beautiful girl ever. I totally have her in mind for an older version of Peter Pan that I want to write.

Day 18 - What is the cutest pairing?


I was going to pick Usagi/Mamoru, but I wanted to be a little more recent. I shipped Ed/Winry even before I read the manga. I watched the first FMA anime (not the Brotherhood one), and loved that she took care of his mechanical needs and how awesome she was. Then, when I read the manga and watched FMA: Brotherhood, their relationship was more pronounced and I really fell in love. He would say things like, "I better not make Winry cry" and he was so protective of her, it was so adorable. Plus, he and Al fought for her hand in marriage when they were kids. How sweet is that? ♥♥♥

Day 17 - A pairing you thought would never work out, but did?

:') Hee. When I first heard that they were doing Puck/Rachel, I thought, "What? Why? Why would Rachel even consider anyone else but Finn, and... What? That's so random! He's such a player! He's mean! She wouldn't even consider him!" Etc, etc. But they pulled off this pairing so well! In my opinion, the writers pulled off Rachel/Puck far better than Rachel/Finn. Puck easily gave up Football for Rachel. They had things in common (they're both Jewish, have two brain cells to rub together, and are great singers.) They were affectionate (Rachel washing Puck's hair is one of the cutest couple moments in Glee, ever.) So, this is one pairing that pleasantly surprised me. I still ship them, even if Glee frustrates me nowadays to no end.

Day 15 - What is your favorite real life pairing?
I don't ship them romantically, but I absolutely adore the friendship between Jim Parsons and Kaley Cuoco. Jim's favorite character on The Big Bang Theory is Penny, and Kaley's favorite character is Sheldon. That's so sweet. Recently, we learned that Kaley's favorite moment is when Penny first hugs Sheldon. Awww. They're always mentioning each other in interviews (Jim mostly mentions Kaley), and it's just really adorable. ♥ I think Jim is gay, so my real life pairing will never be, but their friendship is just incredibly sweet and I'm glad they get along so well. They have great chemistry together onscreen.

Day 16 - What is the absolute worst pairing?
Hmm. I don't really have a specific pairing, and I could do without the negativity anyway. Plus, people have their own reasons for shipping. As for me, I guess the only ships I never ship are ones where there has been betrayal or major abuse from one side. For example, if a guy has kidnapped/raped/beaten the girl and has threatened to kill her loved ones, then it's a definite no-no for me.

Day 14 - What is your favorite book pairing?

I have a lot of favorite book couples (Mr. Darcy/Elizabeth, Jane Eyre/Mr. Rochester, etc.), but my all time favorite is actually from a Wuxia novel called, "Legend of the Condor Heroes." Huang Rong and Guo Jing! Huang Rong is described as being very beautiful, playful, very clever, and she's very skilled at martial arts and the art of herbs/medicine. She helps Guo Jing in his journey and is a valuable partner to him because he's not as clever as she is. I think they started my love for partnership pairings who are in every way equals and help each other out. He's kinda dumb-dumb, but she finds that cute because he has such a good heart, and he helps her become a more considerate person, since she's the only daughter of one of the five great masters of the wuxia world at the time, so she starts out very selfish and very mischievous.

Anyway, if you're interested in Wuxia series, you should read or watch Legend of the Condor Heroes! The newest 2008 version has my favorite version of Huang Rong, played by my favorite Chinese actress, Ariel Lin!

Day 13 - What is your favorite television pairing?

It used to be Chloe/Clark, but Sheldon/Penny has usurped that position. This is due to the fact that Smallville writers have basically destroyed the Chlark relationship to the point where I can't even ship them anymore, unless I forget the last few seasons exist. :/

So....

Day 12 - Who had the best wedding?
I don't really know. I don't pay enough attention to weddings in my fandoms! But you know who had the WORST WEDDING EVER? Chloe Sullivan. Not a surprise there, writers love kicking her.

Day 11 - What is your dream pairing?


I have a lot of "dream" pairings, but for this particular theme, I wanted to use a crossover pairing because really Chloe Sullivan/Bruce Wayne IS my dream pairing. Chloe is basically Lois Lane and Oracle IN ONE. She has saved Clark's ass plenty of times and she's fiercely intelligent and fiercely loyal. However, recent seasons have shown that she's not above doing shadier things to protect the people, and I think Batman could understand that. Plus, Allison Mack and Christian Bale just look good together, don't they? /SHALLOW, DELUSIONAL, SHIPPER GOGGLES, ETC.

Day 10 - Why aren't these two married in real life?


Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling. Oh my god, I will never get over them. They were the cutest couple ever, only made cuter by the fact that they played one of my favorite movie couples ever. ♥ They were my first real life couple ship, lol. Probably my only one too, since I rarely follow actors/actresses outside of their mediiums.

Day 09 - The most believable relationship?
This is also another difficult question to answer because I ship a lot of UST pairings or crack pairings or taboo pairings. So, you can probably guess that a lot of my pairings would probably be pretty unbelievable, lol. But PARTNERSHIPS are another thing entirely. I ship a lot of partners, for good reason. They work well together, finish each other's sentences at times, and they get shit done together. At the end of the day, they're probably the closest to one another.

Partnerships I ship that work incredibly well together and have amazing chemistry:
