She blames for the way i eat! she always talk on my back! She f**king nasty & disgusting; always tell every1 she couldnt eat(much), doesnt wanna eat bla bla bla...but what?!?! she EATS a lot more than me (fuk it!) she eats in her room alone, always buy food and sweets and hide in her room, so everyonw think she eats not enough and always buy food treat her so great!
my sis just got back from work, and she "oh eat this hun, this one is good, do u like this,...always offer food to my sis ((haha she is damn FATTER than me))
the main point i post here IS -iv got the powerful motivation now, i wont eat much, i will b super skinny, SO every1 will know who da fuk REALLY a fat cow gal!!

Q1-i think its hard to lose w8 or even go 'skinny' with muscle if u do sport a lot, cardio 3times a week or so. what u think? (i was 99lbs with 5'3 height when i just go vegan and no cardio exc)
Q2-is it a lot easier & better if u go vegan or raw food b4 (water/liquid) fast? (im gonna go raw vegan for a week then fast, if u wanna b my buddy, mail me -pigpine@hotmail / pine_bsb@yahoo)
as far as iv experienced by mysf, my plateaus r at 47kg and 45 kg (104 & 99 lbs) my HW is 52kg and now im on the way to reach the 1GW 45kg
its really diff i know, and tho i know its will b worth keep working hard on restriction and exercise (but dun u get low willpower when u cant see the scale drop or a few days or even weeks??)

i do 1hr of cardio about 2-3times a week(just start so over do can b hurt) so i cant fas at all (cos if i dun eat or even consuming enough protein, i will get sick and my metabo is higher=im hungry a bit more ugh!)

Q1:when shall i take it? (Breakfast,L,D,S)
Q2:is it ok if i have coffee and take it? (iv heard caffeine takes away vitamins-like u will get less vits from ur diets)
Q3:can i take it when i fast? (some vits dilutes in fat so will i get those vits if fast with water?)
Q4:is it a good idea to have coffee b4 exercise? (coffee kills appetite & increase metabo, but its diuretic so if u dun drink water enough ur metabo will slow down too??)

last nite i ordered "a bottle of water" (as i couldnt get drunk) its really expensive, almost the same prise as a little bottle of beer!
so what would/do u guys order when it cums to hang out and go to bar(s)!
vodka has not much cal BUT alcohol makes me bloat and cause water retainin and slow down metabo-i think...unhealthy too
my tips/advice(for adult lol) : my experience is to get into a bar and breathe the smoke (better to sit down close to smoker ;) will make u feel as same as u drink. u will get lite headache like hungover but its a good feeling, u will enjoy talking and dancing! no cal and free lol
