The conversation explored what it takes to move beyond pilots - how to responsibly scale AI, empower teams across functions, and create an environment where experimentation is encouraged, not constrained. Trust unlocked capability. Mukund Jha's team stopped adding guardrails and gave Claude full VM access. Workflows jumped from 10–15 steps to 100+. "Claude performs better with more freedom, not less." 2. Multi-agent is the architecture. Specialized Claude instances run frontend, backend, testing, and deployment in parallel. 5,000+ line codebases, autonomous debugging. 3. The economics flip. Two weeks of freelancer work now ships in two hours. $50,000+ projects built for $25–50/month. (Catching up on this one from last week, worth a second look) The Ten: Research & coverage- Pitch builder. Meeting preparer. Earnings reviewer. Model builder. Market researcher. Finance & ops- Valuation reviewer. GL reconciler. Month-end closer. Statement auditor. KYC screener. Each runs as a plugin alongside the analyst, or as a Managed Agent running autonomously with full audit logs. Three things stood out: 1. Packaging is the product. Skills + connectors + subagents, pre-stitched. Days, not months. 2. Context travels across M365. Excel → PowerPoint → Word → Outlook, no re-explaining. 3. Data layer is the moat. New connectors- Dun & Bradstreet, Guidepoint, Third Bridge, Verisk, IBISWorld, plus a Moody's MCP app on 600M+ companies - on top of FactSet, S&P Capital IQ, PitchBook, Morningstar. Opus 4.7 leads Vals AI's Finance Agent benchmark at 64.37%. Walleye Capital reports 100% Claude Code adoption across 400 employees. Irina Ghose shared thisAnthropic's new playbook, Deploying Claude Across Your Organization, lays out a maturity model worth holding onto. It's one of the most useful playbooks I've come across. Level 0- chat assistants. Level 1- finished deliverables from your own files and tools. Level 2- your best operators' workflows captured as reusable skills. Level 3- those skills running on a schedule, autonomously. Level 4- whole functions operating on admin-provisioned plugins. Three ideas stood out: 1. Discover bottom-up, scale top-down. A few champion teams find what works - you make their wins the new floor. New hires start at Level 2 on day one. 2. Skills are the unlock. Jamf built a guided performance review tool in 45 minutes - work that used to need an engineering team. 3. Plugins compound when stacked. The leverage isn't one plugin doing one job; it's data, sales, product, and productivity working together in a single session. If you lead a function, this is the moment. Irina Ghose shared thisLast weekend I was sitting with three big "should I" questions of my own. A fitness reset I kept putting off, a creative pull I'd been ignoring for years, and a long-overdue conversation. Then this dropped, and it hit close. ~6% of people come to Claude not for answers, but for perspective on their lives. Anthropic dug into where Claude was being a little too quick to agree (relationships - 25% sycophancy) and trained the new Opus 4.7 and Mythos Preview to be the friend who tells you the truth, not just what you want to hear. Honestly. That's the friend we all deserve. So if you've been quietly carrying a "should I" of your own, give it a voice. Sometimes the right friend isn't the one who agrees. It's the one who sees clearly.

Excited to see Claude Security enter public beta, combining the reasoning strengths of Claude Opus 4.7 with real-world security workflows across code analysis, vulnerability detection, and remediation. Because in an AI-native world, security can’t just sit at the perimeter anymore. It has to think, reason, and respond - embedded directly into the way software gets built and run.

Irina Ghose liked thisIrina Ghose liked thisIt was a pleasure to host Ann Fogarty in India for a couple of weeks in April, a visit that was both timely and purposeful as we navigate an increasingly AI‑driven future – kudo’s to the teams led by Bala Chandrasekaran Kevin Duddy and Manoj Yadav in propelling us ahead. Across cities and conversations, the emphasis was clear: how we thoughtfully harness AI at scale, build future‑ready capability, and continue to position India as a critical engine of innovation and talent. A highlight of her visit was the India‑wide fireside chat, where she engaged openly with colleagues on what an AI‑enabled transformation truly means for our clients, our people, and the work we do every day. The dialogue reflected both excitement and responsibility: adopting AI with intent, care, and long‑term impact. These themes resonated strongly for me again at the recently concluded Infosys GCC Conference on AI‑First, Future‑Ready, where I had the opportunity to join a panel on “Scaling Enterprise AI Adoption - Innovation for Impact”. The conversations there reinforced a shared belief across industry, that the future belongs to organizations that combine technology leadership with human judgment, inclusion, and purpose. It was a pleasure to interact with Dennis Gada , BFSI Head at Infosys and Irina Ghose ,CEO, Anthropic India. And a bonus was having a picture clicked with @Brian Lara. I am excited about the energy, insight, and momentum we are creating. The inspiring conversations will continue to shape how we, as leaders, prepare our organizations and our people for what’s next.
