I've had several people ask me about how I make my graphics. Basically, all of my ideas are based on tutorials I've tried out and liked. Below, I'm posting some of my favorite tuts that have taught me how to colorize and blend.
I make all of my graphics with PSP8 so MOST of the tuts I use are for PSP. However, this list consists of both PSP and PS tuts and lots of translatable. If you know of any really good tuts for any program (or if you made them yourself), let me know and I'll add it to the list!
