I'm one of the probably countless silent lurkers on the Internet =)

I rarely leave comments, not because I didn't like what I read, but, in part, because I usually save things to read on my e-book later, and in part because I rarely manage something more coheret to say than "I liked it, It was awesome" and then I get all emabarrased that it is too little, and end up not saying anything. But I've decided that I should probably let the authors know that I liked their work, so I'll try to comment more often. =)

--> I spend most of my free time reading, usually fanfiction, though now and again I do like to find myself a good book to read.
--> For some reason, I don't particulary like movies or TV series with live actors, but that doesn't stop me from liking fanfiction, and sometimes it will motivate me to find and maybe even watch the canon. :) I fact, I'm more likely to go from fanfiction to the show it was based on, than the other way around.
-->I'm a big anime fan. It started with Sailor Moon, back when I was ten and didn't even know there was any difference from other cartoons on TV, and moved from there.
-->I tend to obsess over things in general and fandoms in particular. =) It can range from a couple of days to many monthes. I often can discover a fandom read and at everything I can get my hands on, and then something else will catch my attention (often through a crossover. I *adore* crossovers) or my interest will wane and I'll just go looking for something else. The placeholders for the longest period of keeping my interest are FFVII (7 months, though fanon only, never was all that interested in playing) and DCMK. I *adore* DCMK (8~ monthes, and the Kid? Is *Awesome*). That doesn't mean that I leave after my interest shifted elsewhere, I usually continue to keep an eye on my favourites)
