Ash

Ash, or Dr. Bad-Ass as he likes to be called, is a computer whiz, with a penchant for alcohol and a love for his mullet hairstyle. He resides at Harvelle's Roadhouse along with Ellen, Jo and various other hunters of the supernatural. Claiming that he got kicked out of MIT for fighting with other students, he was able to build himself a supercomputer that can hack into weather satellites and monitor demon activity from above the planet.

Using this to their advantage, Dean and Sam get him to figure out John's diary and use it to track Azazel himself. He is also able to compile a list of every child displaying psychic powers similar to Sam's own. In this regard he is a valuable and essential aid in the Winchester brothers finding the yellow-eyed demon and to solving the puzzle of why he was feeding demon blood to 6 month year old infants.
