I think you should e-mail them if you want to know about something regarding your order. ( I'm not working there. It's just my sister's store. ) There e-mail address is sales@qoutlet.com

Is it true that Qoutlet is your sister's store? I've tried to email them but I've always gotten a ¨email delivery failure¨ :S Is there something wrong with the email?
