1. slang The telephone. After our dreadful meal that night, I got on the horn to the manager the very next morning to complain. The boss said not to disturb her. Apparently, she's on the horn to our most important client.
2. vulgar slang An erection. Primarily heard in UK. Sarah became quite embarrassed when she noticed that her date had gotten the horn in the middle of the movie.
