Like making and sharing icons? This is definately the place for you! My only rules are these:
1)If more than 3 icons posted, or if the icons are R-rated or above, please use the lj-cut tag. .
2)No stealing and claiming icons someone else made as your own work. You will be banned.
3)No quiz results, period.
4)Respect each other, and have fun!
