Family-Friendly & 21+ Only Hours
We are committed to providing a safe, fun, and relaxed environment where patrons can responsibly enjoy their brews to please take note of our House Rules & Safety Guidelines. This includes our 21+ policy effective at 6 PM every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday unless we specify otherwise.
This policy ensures that adults can enjoy Icarus Brewing during select hours without children around, whether their own or someone else’s, and applies to both inside the Taproom and our outdoor Beer Garden. The Lounge Area and Mezzanine Bar remain 21+ at all times except for private event rentals.
Groups with minors are asked to close tabs 30 minutes prior to 21+ hours beginning. Guests 21+ can purchase beers to-go from our Beer Fridge to enjoy with their meal next door at Burger25. Icarus glassware is not permitted off-premise.
Our Safety Guidelines remain in effect at all times:
- Minors must be seated and closely supervised by their guardian at all times
- No running, throwing toys/rocks, or climbing on furniture/fences
- No outside alcohol permitted
- Dogs must be friendly, leashed and cleaned up after
- Be courteous to staff and fellow guests

FAQs
Can we bring babies or infants in carriers during 21+ Only Hours?
No, 21+ Only Hours apply regardless of carriers or strollers. However, you’re welcome to purchase cans to-go from our Beer Fridge to enjoy with your meal next door at Burger25.
What about Private Event Rentals?
Private Events are exempt. The event host decides their invitees. If minors are guests of the private party, they must still always be closely supervised by their guardian when on the premises.
When can I bring my dog?
Anytime–all dogs must be friendly/social, leashed, and cleaned-up after when at Icarus. Water bowls and treats are available.
Can I stop in for a quick beer if accompanied by my child?
Not during 21+ Only Hours (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday after 6 PM), unless you’re attending a private event. However, you may still stop in to purchase packaged goods to-go with your minor closely supervised.
Will this policy change during warm weather months?
This policy remains year-round unless or until we specify otherwise. We reserve the right to modify the schedule if necessary. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
