i_want_2I'm going to gut the next person I see mislabeling a pair of shorts. I know for a fact I can squeeze into a size 2x. These 2 pairs of shorts both said 3x. I got into one, buttoned up but the zipper was frozen in place because they've been hidden...I won't say where. The others, I couldn't get them to close. A third pair of shorts, not sure the size, I got them on and zipped just fine. Afraid to look at the size.
Shhh! Let me live in the delusion that I can fit into a size 2x.
Incidentally, both pairs of mislabeled 3xs were jeans. Yeah, no give for my big ass at all. I'm not making a general statement there, I gotta nicely rounded ass. My best feature, for now.
Still extremely pissed about this move. Not going to lie or sugar coat it. Since I have no choice, I am going to focus on the positive side that at least my family is moving to the west coast, mid-state. Thank god! I hate the east coast, especially the miami/lauderdale area where my brother lives. Rich snobs, skanky sluts, bums, hookers, crack heads on every billboard, and the people, sooooo much plastic...If I wanted that shit, I'd move to LA!
It will be nice not to have to worry about snow again. If we don't move into the country, water and sewer bills will be a fucking problem, though. Jesus christ, I hate washing dishes by hand, which is almost a given in florida due to the water table/restrictions. I still remember, pre-decades long drought, them teaching us in school about water tables and how to conserve water because it's so friggen important down there.

Writing, writing's a problem. I want to get into working on the sequel Terminator fic for my Queensland Auction winner *coughfromlastyearcough*, but I keep getting side tracked. I am going to try writing a few short, original scenes to get me in the habit of writing again that I can post to my writer's blog. I like the sound of that. Writer's blog. Makes me feel almost real.
Of course, I'm just a composite of search engines, bots, and a highly complex algorithm of cultural references with a few glitches in my Asimov laws of robotics subroutine.
