Hey guys, I'm Luke from Delray Beach, Florida. I've been playing computer games for a while now and I'm 15 and a freshman in high school. I want to learn how to develop games, specifically MMORPGS, but I gotta start somewhere. I'm good with PSP and I just got Photoshop CS2, so I'll learn how to use that. I'm teaching myself C++ and Python and I want to get into 3d Animation and stuff. Anyone with similar interests or anyone who knows any good tutorials, especially for computer animation, please drop me an email at luhan10@gmail.com or at my live journal.

Hi. My name is Raymond.
Been setting up for something big of late. Going to go to an associate of mine to try for a personal loan to start my own business. And I have all the basics in order right. You know, just how I kind of want to go about it. But I haven't been on it like I should have from the beginning. So now I am left struggling to get my affairs in order.
So I figured that I would ask if anyone is interested in helping me to start a very interesting uhh, I guess we will call it a "business". I have some ideas for it. I think i went into detail in my lj. If anyone is intersted i will fill you in on the details because I think even in my lj i didn't really go into specifics. All I have time to do now is let you know how much I am trying to get loaned which is somewhere between a hundred to a hundred and fifty thousand. Did I mention my associate was obscenely rich? Heh.
Well. Thanks for reading if you do.
Peace. Ray

Anyone know a good place to learn how to code OpenGL and GTK (or something similar)? I'm trying to do this in pure C, and stay cross-platform, which kind of rules out things like DX, WXwidgets, and Win32. I'm looking for a website or book or something, not a course.
