Summary : Lilly and James drive down a country road listening to the muggle radio.

It was a silly muggle song, well James thought it was, Lilly on the other hand thought it was sweet and cranked up the volume when ever it came on. When it was on she would sing along, slightly but only slightly off key. When she would do so she would look at him and grin. When Lilly did that it didn't seem like such a silly song. In fact it sounded perfect.

They had graduated two months ago and she had insisted on taking a muggle type road trip, refusing to apperate any where. As they drove they played the radio and that song came on plenty of times and she would sing along as she drove, she didn't trust James to drive. She leaned toward him as they made their way through the countryside and sang the chorus.

"We belong to the liiiight. We belong to the thuuunder. We beloooong to the sound of the words we've both fallen unnnnder. What ever we deny or embrace, for worse or for beeeeetter. We belong. We belong. We belong together." She smiled as her attention went fully back to the empty road and he in leaning over to kiss her cheek accidentally changed the station.

His eyes lit up when he realized what the song was. Now it was his turn to lean in and sing, even more off key and in a terrible falcetto none the less.

"Tonight you're mine completely. You give your love so sweetly. Tonight the light of love is in your eyes, but will you looove me tooomooooorrooooow?"

The whole while she giggled at him. He was terribly hurt. Lilly looked at him and pulled over on the side of the lonely country road. The sun was going down and it caught golden in her hair and on the lenses of his glasses. She leaned over and kissed his lips softly and the song went on.

"I like muggle songs quite a bit."

"Yes, me too."
