Dumbledore stroked Fawkes’ feathers, seemingly ignoring the argument raging behind him. Finally, he broke in, “I will have to ask you to do nothing.” He turned around, tucking his deadened hand into his robes, “You already know why.”
Whirling around with icy precision, Snape stared at Dumbledore and snarled, “You are asking us to watch you die.” Frustration clearly evident on his face, Snape shook off McGonagall’s restraining hand, “To let you die.”
Dumbledore sighed, “I will ask you for much more before this is finished, Severus.” Shrugging slightly, he smiled, “But for now, you will do nothing but watch.”

Whirling around, he planted himself in her path, “What the hell do you want?”
Unable to stop, she bumped into him, blushing, “What do you mean?”
Lifting an eyebrow, Draco drawled, “You have been staring at me for weeks.”
“No I haven’t.” She blushed a deeper crimson as she denied the claim.
“Don’t sodding lie to me, Weasley.” He sneered, “You aren’t very good at it.”
Flipping her hair over her shoulder, she smiled, “You’re so smart, you figure it out.”
As she turned to walk away, he grabbed her arm, “I already have.” Lowering his head, he kissed her.
