Sustainability at Hostinger
Hostinger sustainability report
Hostinger’s 2025 Sustainability Report highlights our journey toward a more sustainable business model through innovation, collaboration, and shared responsibility.
Planet
As a global company, we acknowledge our role in mitigating climate change and contributing toward a circular economy. Every action counts, and we've taken concrete measures to minimize negative environmental impacts.
From maintaining renewable energy sources in our data centers and ensuring the responsible reuse or recycling of decommissioned servers and switches to raising awareness about this topic, we are actively seeking to reduce our negative environmental impact.
People
We foster meaningful change in our people’s lives. By creating an environment that promotes continuous learning, ensures equitable opportunities, and prioritizes holistic employee well-being through recognition, appreciation, and support, we aim to empower our team members to grow professionally and personally.
Beyond our team members, we leverage our expertise to create a broader societal impact. This commitment transforms our internal best practices into valuable resources for customers, entrepreneurs, startups, and businesses worldwide.
Governance
Hostinger’s governance culture is built on the principles of freedom and responsibility – our employees have the autonomy to make decisions and take ownership of their roles.
To support them in carrying out their responsibilities effectively, we still provide continuous guidance and training to ensure adherence to established policies, company values, and long-term objectives.
This balanced approach allows us to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and responsible decision-making as we continue to grow.
