Horror Slash: Unf, the Horror!
This is HorrorSlash! Basically, we all know that there’s a slash community for everything. Who are we to be excluding the masters of murder, mayhem, and fear? That’s right - this is a community for slash fanfiction and fanart based on all our favorite (or most obscure) horror movie characters. Minor characters, protagonists, and the murderers who haunt their dreams/lakes/streets are all welcome here! So, if you like horror movies, and you like slash, sit back, turn off the lights, and enjoy!
Guidelines for a Better Future
Here are just a few rules to help keep us moving nice and easy.

1.) NO FLAMING.
-As usual, this is the very first and very best rule out there. If you don’t like a paring/movie/concept/fic/art/the poster/the poster’s mother, keep it to yourself. This does not exclude constructive criticism, but make sure that you’re not just keysmashing in anger.

2.) USE WARNINGS AND LIVEJOURNAL CUTS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-Yes, this is indeed a community for horror movie related fanfiction. Yes, the fanfiction in specific is about two guys or two girls (or two shemales, or two tentacle monsters, etc) getting it on (or actually having a plot, whatever). This doesn’t mean, however, that everyone wants to read every fetish. So, when you post, make sure to post everything behind a cut or link (previews for art must be no more than 200x200px and safe for work), and make sure you put “Warnings:” somewhere in your summary. You sure wouldn’t want to walk into a fic involving scat, so chances are somebody else doesn’t want to, either.

3.) POST TITLE SHOULD CONTAIN THE MOVIE(S), SUBJECT, AND NSFW.
-Basically, this means when you post, please make sure you mention the movie you’re posting about, and what kind of thing you’re posting. Some examples would be “Halloween Fanfic”, “Fanart for NoES/F13”, “Freddy/Jason Fanmix”, etcetera. Yes, this means that if it’s a crossover, you can actually put the pairing referred to in the subject. If it’s NSFW (Not Safe For Work), please make sure to put “NSFW’ in the subject.

4.) SUBJECT OF FIC/ART/ETC. SHOULD BE SLASHY.
-This means that, while your Nancy/Freddy 13 chapter epic might be amazing, this isn’t the place to post it in. However, if you have a Nancy/Laurie fic with some Nancy/Freddy in it, that’s okay. In a nutshell, the main pairing should be slashy.

5.) USE THE TAGS AND LABEL ALL YOUR FIC/ART/ETC.
-Last one. This one is really simple – please make sure to tag your entries with the appropriate character names, pairings, movie, and type of fan-thing. An entry for a Halloween Michael/John fic, for example, would have the tags “Michael Myers, John Myers, Movie: Halloween, Fanfiction”. If a pairing/character/movie/what-have-you doesn’t have a tag, please leave a note in your entry and I’ll make a tag for it. Also, while we’re at it, make sure each entry has the following in it: Title of Work, Movie(s) Involved, Characters/Pairings, Summary, Warnings, Author, and, of course, A Link or LJ-cut. They can go in whatever order you want.
