Did you really just let me die because you don't give a fuck???

Ran the fire festival dungeon today to try for the pet that drops out of the loot bag with my pally on Ret spec. Yeah, I know, I don't play Ret spec, so I wasn't pulling 20k DPS. Big fucking deal. I was using my tanking gear because I don't have DPS gear. Regardless, the healer in this group was a dumb fuck who didn't care that I was the only one taking damage from this fight. Didn't heal me, I didn't have any heal spells on my action bar (except for Lay on Hands, which I didn't use, yeah I'm a retard, bite me), so naturally I dropped dead. Boss went down, healer stood around and then LEAVES THE GROUP without giving me a rez. I wait, seeing if anyone else feels like sticking around to rez me. Thankfully a mage used his mass rez on me. Thank you, kind mage. Needless to say, my pet didn't drop and now I have a gear repair bill that would not be necessary if the healer had done his fucking job and healed me. Fucking lazy ass.

Idiots and Battlegrounds

Nothing annoys me more, and amuses me, than you idiots that just stand there and absorb damage in a battleground. I'm talking about Paladins mainly. Now, I have no idea what spec you are, but for the life of me I can't figure out how you can stand there and take massive amounts of damage from me and other players without dying. Is there a glyph or something that removes the cooldown on your Lay On Hands spell?? Cause if so, I want it.

Either way, I keep running into this Horde Paladin that is nearly impossible to kill. Fucker needed me and three other guys to take down. Worse thing about it though, he wasn't even hitting me!

Seriously people, why are you in a battleground if you aren't going to kill other players??? I don't understand it. Sure you still get Honor Points, but you would get more if you actually did some damage or healing.

Every time I see this idiot Horde Paladin, I make it my duty to take him down. I'm getting honor out of the deal and its amusing when I finally kill him and he comes back for more.

Holy Paladin Dungeon/PVP Healing for Level 50 and Below

Since Mists of Panadaria, I've been using my paladin a lot more often. Been levelling her through dungeons by running DPS and heals. While running DPS, I've noticed that other holy paladin players have trouble with their spell rotation. I only managed to come across one paladin who had a good spell rotation, however she was playing in mostly cloth armor. Cloth armor and bad spell rotation = bad healer. Since the new expansion, there really isn't much a need for holy paladins to be in cloth or leather armor. Prior to MOP, I was rolling heals in a mix of cloth and leather, along with enchants. There are pieces of mail armor that give off a decent amount of intellect and spirit. Most of them are dungeon drops, however, I encourage you to check the auction house for items. As well as questing. If all else fails, use enchanting. My paladin has enchanting and it helps greatly to up her stats. If you don't have it yourself ask in your city's trade chat. See if you tip someone for enchanting your gear. You can also find enchants via the auction house. A one handed weapon and shields are most often your best bet for weapons.

Now on to spell rotation, my best spells as a level 43 paladin are Holy Shock, Flash of Light, Word of Glory and Lay On Hands. Holy Shock is an instant heal spell with a 6 sec cool down. Make sure you have your Seal of Insight up. Use Holy Shock when your tank is slowly losing health. Flash of Light is a cast that heals for a lot more than Holy Shock, best used when your party is taking heavy damage. However, it will eat your mana at a decent rate. Make sure you have mana restores on hand to use in between battles when using Flash of Light a lot. Word of Glory is another instant heal spell. This one consumes holy charges. The more holy charges you have, the more it will heal for. Holy Shock generates a holy charge every time you use it. So make sure to rotate between those two when your party isn't taking heavy damage. The last spell I have on my healing bar is Lay on Hands. This is also an instant heal spell. It heals for a large amount but has a 10 minute cool down. So it should only be used in emergencies. When a party member has dangerously low health.

Do make sure to keep Redemption and/or Mass Resurrection on your bar (if you have it). That way if things get out of hand and someone (or more than one of party members) die and you manage to survive, you can resurrect them without having to look through your spell book.

You have more healing spells but those are used mainly when healing at higher levels and when AOE heals are needed. I will get to those in a later post.
