Terms. As short as we could make them.
What Hireex does
Hireex is a service that reads new job postings on your behalf and emails you a daily shortlist. We do our best to keep the shortlist fresh and relevant; we don’t guarantee a job, an interview, or a reply from any employer.
What we ask of you
- Use a real email address you control.
- Upload your own résumé, not someone else’s.
- Keep the credentials for your account safe; treat the magic-link emails as you would a password.
- Don’t scrape, abuse, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
Money
Free tier is free. Paid tiers (Plus and Pro) are billed monthly once they go live; the payment processor will be disclosed at checkout when they do. Cancel any time from inside the app and your next renewal stops. We don’t pro-rate refunds on the current month, but we’ll make exceptions for honest mistakes — email us.
If we mess up
Our liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability we cannot legally limit under applicable law (gross negligence, fraud, or bodily harm caused by negligence).
Ending the deal
You can close your account from inside the app at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms; we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it unless the breach is severe.
Governing law
Governing law and dispute venue will be specified before paid tiers go live. Until then, we’ll resolve any disagreement through good-faith negotiation; nothing in these terms waives consumer rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.
