JennyBot: A robot which belongs to the diner. She's fairly low maintenance, says very little. However, leave a sizable tip and she might give over important information. Or leave an extra few cookies on your plate.
Ronald Smithson: The principal of Hillview's one and only school. How he got the job was anyone's guess, and he's generally fine with whatever happens in regards to child discipline. Just don't touch his liquor cabinet.
Harold Marvin: Editor of the local newspaper, he's often stalking the streets looking for a story to publish. Most of the residents of Hillview think of him as nothing more than a raving lunatic, full of idle gossip and conspiracy theories.
Susan and Jeffery Ericsson: Twins, scientists, and owners of the observatory, the Ericssons have an interesting relationship, but that could just be because they live entirely alone in the big, isolated observatory on a hill.
Stan McKenzie: Owner of the milkbar, he's also nice enough to deliver milk each morning to people's homes. As a result of then being the only person to work in the milkbar, it's open for a few hours in the afternoon so that the local teens have a place to hangout after school.
Vito Abruzzi: A very important man. You're lucky if he has any time for you.
Wanda Brooke: Hillview Falls' very own librarian. Don't be deceived, she's only in it for the books. When the sun goes down, she's still a librarian. And a damn good one at that.
Ken McDowell: Owner and boss of the drive-in movie theatre. He's very strict about what does and does not happen on his watch. There will be no shenanigans.
Lou Bates: The bubbly, well-dressed owner of the diner. It has been in her family for several generations, and changed its appearance with each new generation to fit with the changing times. Basically, insult the diner, and you'll be insulting Lou.
