Where: starting outside the bathhouse, on to explore everywhere!
Summary: Mero's been here a while and now the comotion with the dolls has died down he is going to do some proper exploring, and swimming! Feel free to meet him at the bathhouse or down at the waters edge!
Rating: universal, just small child exploring all the things!

Things had quieted down again after the scary dolls and Mero was glad. Even though adventures were fun the dolls had been scary and he hadn't liked them.

But now things were back to normal Mero wanted to explore. He still hadn't went swimming in the ocean even though he had been here for a month! It had been a busy month and he had been working hard. But tonight he had decided it was time to go on an adventure!

He looked around the bathhouse to see if there was anyone he knew who wanted to come on an adventure with him and then made his way down to the ocean. Once there he dipped a toe into the water experimental, it was cold! He took off his hat and then waded into the water.

Kat had finished her job early today, or more so they had asked her to not attempt it for the remainder of the day, so she had spent the past couple of hours wandering around, watching others go about there jobs and seeing just how busy this place can get.

After work was usually done and she had enough of wandering inside she decided to go outside and wander around there. Reaching outside she glanced around before spotting someone she remembered speaking to before.

"Hello there!" She yelled as she started to wave frantically in hopes that the boy would notice.

Mero turned and grinned waving back. "Hello miss!" He never had found out the name of the nice woman who he had spoken to. He ran over and grinned.

She couldn't help but keep such a happy face around the boy, but then again wasn't she always happy at one point or another, eve if bad things were happening.

"Were you going out exploring?"

Mero smiled and nodded, "I was going to go swim in the ocean miss! Do you want to come?"

"Swim in the ocean? Is it really safe? Wasn't there tracks where the ocean was?" She asked the questions, trying to remember everything that had been mentioned over the past month and thinking about it, was still a little confusing.

"The train goes through the ocean miss but not very often and I think we could see it and get out of the way!" He didn't know much about the train just that it didn't come very often and was really expensive.

She soon laughs her little mistake off, placing her hand behind her head, but still smiling happy as can be. "Oh, I see. I should have thought about that."

Mero smiled and shrugged, "It's okay miss, do you want to come?"

She nods slightly as she puts a hand to her work head cloth, making sure that it was still there. She didn't know why she felt like she had to wear it, but she knew she needed to.

"I'll be happy to come."

Mero grinned at her and began to skip along to the ocean. "I bet it's really cold miss because there's so much water!"

Kat paused for a moment before wondering if she had to take off her shoes if she wanted to go in the water, like you had to when you were going into the work place.

"Oh! Do I have to take off my shoes?"

Mero looked over at her and nodded, "Shoes don't dry very easily so you got to take them off, also they make you sink!"

She looked rather shocked at the thought of possibly drowning, because that was not a good thing to happen. "Oh, then I'll take my shoes off now"

She knelt down quietly, making sure to pick them up once she had taken them off. "There we go"

Mero grinned slipping off hi, "Okay! Where shall we put them," he looked around for somewhere safe for their shoes.

She looked around before going to put hers down in a dry area. "Would this place work? I don't think the water can get our shoes here."

"Yes I think that will work miss!" He put his shoes next to hers and then grinned. "Let's go!"

She nods happily as she started to make her way towards the water. As she got a little closer, she managed to trip up and fall head first into it, ending up soaked already from head to toe.

"Miss!" Mero ran forward, slipping a bit but not falling. He reached out to help her to her feet. "Are you okay miss?"

"I-I'm fine" She said sitting up, the water dripping from her hat and variously other parts of her clothing. Once she had slowly started to get up, she laughed.

"Well, we are meaning to get anyway, so it's not all bad."

Romeo giggled, "It's not, let's go swim! Is it cold?" He let the water rush over his feet, giggling some more.

She looked before dipping her hand into it, just to see how cold or not it was. Upon getting a tiny shiver she stood up again. "It's a little cold, but not too bad."

"It will be fine then!" He waded in smiling more, he shivered it was a bit cold. He ducked under to get all of him wet and splashed around a bit. "It's salty," he pulled a face.

"Isn't it salty for a reason?" She asked tilting her head slightly before kneeling down to get a little deeper into the water.

"I don't know... Why would it be salty?" He swam a little deeper looking back round at her.

Kat paused for a moment before leaning forwards, so that the rest of her excluding her head were beneath the nice clear blue of the ocean, Dipping her head slightly under after she took in some of the water, before coming up and making a face. Okay the water was very salty, that was obvious now.

"I don't know, but it doesn't taste very nice."
