An anything-goes Fable RP
| about Welcome to The Heroes Guild. This is a Fable RP. It's a combination of the original Fable game and Fable II. It's not just boring old canon either... it's anything and everything you want it to be. We can start off canon, or we can make it up as we go. Of course, most characters will have the same history in this as they do in the actual game, but for the most part, it's all in your hands. We can have up to 4 main Heroes (male or female) and any characters from the original Fable can be brought in as well. Or if you want to bring in an OC or a character from another fandom (TV show, movie, book, etc.), then do it! Be whatever character you want to be, make them whoever you want to make them, and have fun. That's the main goal of this RP and this community... to just have fun. Let's play out the world of Albion just the way we want to! Please read the rules and apply today! |
rules * IC =/= OOC * no fighting! * keep all IC fights just that. don't make character drama your own drama. * no god-moding! * tag your posts appropriately and make them members-only; if you're not sure about the tags, leave them blank and the mod will fix it for you. * each person can only have a maximum of 3 characters. * enter your application at the link at the top of this info box and put "With every choice, a consequence..." as the subject line so I know you've read the rules. * once your app is accepted, make a chracter journal - make the name creative and not just the character's name - this will be the journal you RP in the community with. * your character can be good OR bad, whichever you choose. * try not to get too OOC - remember, Fable is set in medieval times, so try to make the characters stick to the cultural norms of that time. * once a character is yours, you can make them either good, evil, OR in between - this can't be done right away, however. for example: Rose would not suddenly be evil out of nowhere, there must be a good reason. * you may bring OC's into the game, or even characters from other movies, books, or TV shows - don't make them exactly like that character, though. * RP threads can be in first-person or third-person. * please discuss plans with at least one other member of the RP before creating some random RP thread. * you must be able to regularly update and RP; if you are too busy to be an active member of the RP, please don't bother to apply. * we'd all like to communicate regularly and easily, so that is the reason for giving a usable IM service on the application; if we can all chat on AIM or MSN or whatever at some point, it would be greatly helpful. * please be nice and courteous and helpful. * if you have any questions, feel free to ask the mod! |
