Abdul is the mastermind behind our smooth operations, always enhancing systems. Abdul enjoys riding motorcycles, and spending time with his family, including his three boys.

SUSAN

Susan oversees daily operations with a strong focus on supporting cleaners and client experience. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, painting, and quality family time.

Hannah

Hannah leads our HR efforts, hiring and onboarding the best talent on the team. A busy mom of three, she loves spending time outdoors with her family and their Bernese Mountain Dog.

Dulcee

Dulcee supports HR and administrative needs, helping keep the team organized and well supported. She loves nature, travel, music, pet-sitting, and baking her signature cheesecake.

Lorna

Lorna leads our HR function, focusing on people development, culture, and clear communication. Outside of work, she enjoys early gym sessions, pickleball, and cycling.

Mycah

Nina supports HR and billing with strong attention to detail and thoughtful organization. Outside of work, she enjoys films, documentaries, and spending time with her two cats.

Paul supports customer care with a focus on relationships, consistency, and personalized service. Outside of work, he enjoys jazz and is a hardcore Maple Leafs fan.

Aileen

Ailien supports the sales team by helping connect clients with the right cleaning services. In her free time, she enjoys baking, learning new recipes, and cheering from the sidelines.

Mary

Mary supports daily operations by ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. Outside of work, she enjoys singing, road trips, and binge-watching her favorite K-dramas.

Karstein

Karstein assists the operations team with flexibility and a reliable, hands-on approach. When she’s not working, she enjoys getting creative in the kitchen and cooking homemade meals.

Melanie

Melanie is a pillar of our customer service team, ensuring every customer feels heard and well taken care of. An AI enthusiast, she also brought her digital twin to life through our responsive chatbot.
