The defense fund should only fund for the defense of the people against individuals that choose to cause harm; local law enforcement, federal branches (FBI CIA ATF) and other bodies designed to serve and protect. Millions of dollars wasted on smart bombs to protect against foreign bodies we perceive as a threat because of our own government's inflated collection of egos and a forgotten history of self-impossed sovereignty over other nations believed to be inferior is not only a complete waste of money but of lives and the ingenuity that some of the bright minds that create these weapons is sacrificed. Remember what Oppenheimer said about his involvement with the atomic bomb. With each weapon's inception we slowly approach the tipping point where we are weighed down by the weight of violence and not uplifting ourselves to salvation.

100 trillion? Any incalculable number that seems made up is too much.
