Well, my dearest Kylie has been sitting on the back burner for a long time now. I think what needs to happen now is that I need to go back to the old storyline and fix the problems (gut it, shoot it, hang it, burn it, drown it, wring it out and see what I get). Any ideas (or do I need to just do it like I should)?

Ok, since I'm getting off my ass, here we go. Rough idea outline.
Our heroine (Kylie again, she's my woman) happens to command a (star) fighter squadron based on board of some or another I-S (inter-stellar) carrier. Sent to the ass-end of nowhere (because somebody fumbled with some training scores or something) as punishment. They discover (dramatic pause) ALIENS (we're going for vaguely sortof humanoid with chitenous exoskeletons). Fight aliens, snatch some kind of alien prototype shit, run like bitches back to EARTH. Rapid deployment of terran forces to kick some massive alien ass. Delaying action (sending ships to meet the aliums before they get to Sol) while prepping some new kick-ass hybrid terran/alien techie thing (to be created) to kick the aliums' collective asses back to the stoneage. Massive massive massive crossroads point where I have to decide where to go.
Comments on idea are welcome. Total disregard of all things being read is not cool. I.e. Comment your pre-slapped fannies off.
Well, friends of SciFi, I am back. I'm working out the storyline for something new, going to try putting in pieces of the last mofo that were good but putting a new direction on it. It was original, but not much more so than in the sense of Spykids (the worst movie I've ever actually watched all of). Think more like deepspace piloting stuff as opposed to what I was working on... and I'm thinking about keeping Kylie on (she's hot... lol)...
