Caffeine pills are the only thing I seem able to afford as I looked around the store. Does anyone know if they work as well as regular diet pills? I would love feeback on how well they work

ok,my period, its weird, like i had it for about 6 hours and went through 5 tampons in the first 2... and i havent had it since but im still hurting really badly have any of yall gone throguh something like this?
