Reminding everyone about Bowie's party for anyone who might have missed the post the first time around. There's no date set ... but if people were to weigh in on a suitable time, then we could probably plan to be around. :)
On a not even close to being related note, from a fic I was reading today --
Oz and Xander, speaking about being gay and having a crush on Justin Timberlake:
Xander: "You find Justin attractive?!"
Oz: "I know! I mean, I always thought if I were gay it'd be like I'd fall in love with Lou Reed or David Bowie. Respectable glam rock homosexuality. Not a boyband member."
You know, I never get to really respond to any of their posts or anything, but I just want to say that I really enjoy the realandtruespecialwonderful love that exists between Lou and Bowie. Seriously. I get so warm and fuzzy. :)
I am so far behind on everything that it's not even funny, and as real life is bringing me job opportunities (huzzah! money!), this isn't likely to change in the future. So I might as well hand off my characters to a willing party.
The Duck flag needs waving, hopefully by a complete lunatic. forevah_luv should be cranking out tons of fun, stupid stories, and I just don't have the time to do so.
And all the celebs need the glue of a sharp-eyed reporter holding them together, spreading rumors, and stalking them in her own particular way. kwanda 's up for grabs to anyone weird enough to want her.
