Netflix has all of the episodes of Robotech and I am now watching the first episodes with my son and educating a new generation :+D

Time for that yearly blood letting, poking and proding.....yes...


the yearly Physical. Time to see if I am better or worse than last year :+)
I need to do this to make sure the ol' heart muscle is still going strong and no issues 13 years after I joined the "zipper club" ;+)

Since I forgot to NOT eat yesterday, I could only give blood for the lab today. Now I must wait another week to do all of the other tests and then it is usually another 2-4 weeks before the results come back and a doctor looks at them and pronounces my fate :+) The good news is that my blood cholesterol has been around 150 the last few years and no irregular heart sounds or EKG spikes. Keeping fingers crossed for this year... xx

It is that time of year again. Time to get your credit report and make sure all is right with the world. Everyone should check their report at least once a year to make sure all the the information they have is accurate. Believe me, sometimes it can be outright crazy what information can get into a persons report.
An example: this year the sexy beautiful ga_sunshine will be a glorious 86 years young according to one of the companies ;+) Doesn't she just look marvelous (doing best SNL Billy Crystal accent) for her age. One wonders what her secret is? It must be all of the exercise *nod nod wink wink* ;+D

If you live in the state of GA you can get 2 reports free every year. A lot of other states can get 1 free report, you just need to check with the company.

Well, I managed to get through the week without any major disasters or getting yelled at (knock on wood) ...woo hoo :+) I was the "boss" for the week while my boss was on vacation. I have not seen her for 3 weeks now. I was gone for the 2 weeks prior and then she left the week I came back. I even got a "way-to-go" or an "atta-boy", your choice, from the unit director (my bosses boss) yesterday for something I did earlier in the week.
*does the white boy shuffle dance* :+D
