Admiral. I would like to request an artifact formerly of Lord Shendu's: the talisman of the rat.
...I understand that many floods are intended to serve a purpose, to impart some wisdom, and the purpose of this event is more obvious than most. But no purpose is served by Valmont's torture; to slowly turn to stone is a fate I would not wish upon anyone.
I await your decision.
[OOC: The rat talisman has the power to animate inanimate objects, i.e. FIX THIS WTFERY. But even if he gets it, the effects of the flood will overpower it anyway. :V]
