Reminiscing ...

I was just going back over my old posts ... from the beginning of this journal. The LOWEST I had gotten before I started Richard's program was 235. I'm now at 225 and dropping. Best decision I ever made. I noticed also back then how quick I succumbed to sweets and heavy meals. These days even when Mom cooks I manage to contain the portions to reasonable and I don't scarf the sweets like I used to. I bake a cake about once every 8 days or so but I don't eat much at a time. I'm still not exercising like I had planned to bit it's rather difficult but I am getting out a little now. Do you go back and see how far you've come? It's an eye opening experience.

A Good Day I Think (Post Weigh-In and I Did Mahvelous)

Other than not really drinking the water I needed to I did really good today, cereal for brekkie, pb sammich for lunch a vanilla coke. Havent had dinner yet but I have a chicken breast I'm going to cook and may make a chicken salad with it that would be tasty I think. Still stoked about my weight loss and I've been thinking a LOT about the future, and if I get all this weight off and keeping it off ... that will be so hard but I think I've proven that I can do that even under difficult circumstances. I just ... don't feel like eating as much anymore :).

Decision ...

I've just this second made a decision. Yesterday I weighed, it had been some time since I had, I've been lax lately, and I'm losing again, down to 229 from 231 (last weighin). I think instead of weighing weekly I'm only going to weigh every two weeks. That way if I'm good instead of just seeing 1 or 2 pounds gone I could see up to five pounds gone and it would be a little more motivating, don't you think?

Really!!!!!! I weighed this morn and I'm down to 228!!!! it was ALL water weight!!!! (I was up most of the night :(() I'm so happy!!!! :D:D:D
