In fly fishing, drifting is a technique where the fisherman directs the movement of the fly in imitation of the natural current of the stream, so that the prey doesn't realize that its every choice has been manipulated.

Most things I've done lately are SketchUp-related. It's so versatile. It can do rendering, it can do papercrafting, it slices and dices. For this, I used the Scenes function to create animations of my models. Basically, you set keyframes and SketchUp animates the transitions between them.

I love that the atmosphere of the story is the atmosphere I was trying to create when I was drawing, so it's like, my drawings made real, come to life. And the things I love best and want to rec the most are all spoilery things, so I'll just point at it and say please go read.
