AI Chat Input: Enter inserts a newline; Cmd+Enter / Ctrl+Enter sends the message. This avoids conflicts with CJK IME composition.

Open Settings (Cmd+, / Ctrl+,) and select the AI and Voice tab. Configuration is split into three independent sections.
