Pull request overview

Adds the brave.wiki project to this repository as a Git submodule so the wiki content can be managed/versioned alongside the main codebase.

Changes:

  • Introduces a new .gitmodules configuration entry for the brave.wiki submodule.
  • Configures the submodule to live at brave.wiki/ and points it at the yardinternet/brave.wiki GitHub repository via SSH URL.
