Bug Report
Expected Behavior
Plugin and WP CLI commands should work as expected when installed fresh.
Actual Behavior
We have two multisite installs on the same server. One (Install A) is working as expected, whereas the other (Install B) is only logging a handful of network-level settings changes. Additionally, running any WP CLI commands on Install A work, whereas Install B prints Error: SITE IS DISCONNECTED.
Steps to Reproduce the Problem
- run
wp stream query
- returns
Error: SITE IS DISCONNECTED
