Each starter template should come with its own set of e2e / playwright tests.

We should be running these in CI also in appropriate moments.

I am not sure yet if we should be running these tests only for wasp start for these templates, or also for wasp build output and even for deployed versions maybe. Maybe wasp start is enough? Probably we should also do it for wasp build hm.
