Steps to reproduce

1. Stream content on impacted devices i.e. 2019 Samsung TV with Firmware 1500.5
2. Encounter discontinuity
3. Intermittently observe infinite seeking over buffer hole

Expected behaviour

Discontinuities are handled properly.
