In edition 721 I gave an example that https://roadmap.sh/ has roadmaps for various languages and technologies, but not for Perl. I suggested that creating a Perl community roadmap and adding it to that site might help (a tiny bit) with the popularity of Perl by making it easier to know what to learn. I personally won't have the time to do that, but maybe someone with more time and interest, will.

So in this issue I'd be glad to collect some other specific ideas that you feel could make Perl more popular. I'd be glad to read about things both if you can work on and if you cannot. Maybe someone else with more time will volunteer to do that thing.
