- Updated CHANGELOG.md to include version 1.5.0 and details about the new AI Ability add-on, which registers MCP tools for AI agents via the WordPress Abilities API.
- Modified README.md to add a description for the AI Ability add-on in the add-on table.
- Updated readme.txt to reflect the new stable tag version 1.5.0 and added a changelog entry for the AI Ability add-on.
- Enhanced AddonCatalog.php to include metadata for the AI Ability add-on.
- Updated vmfa.php to set the plugin version to 1.5.0.
