- Shows the model catalog default reasoning effort when no reasoning override is configured.
- Adds /status coverage for the empty-config fallback.

Tested it with:
felipe.coury@com-60194 ~/c/codex.dev-status-default-reasoning-openai on dev/status-default-reasoning-openai 📦 v24.14.1
> $ cat ~/.codex/config.toml
model = "gpt-5.4"
[projects."/Users/felipe.coury/code/codex"]
trust_level = "trusted"
And before we had gpt-5.4 (reasoning none, summaries auto) and after gpt-5.4 (reasoning medium, summaries auto).
Code also looks good, approved.
