I want to get more Gitlab context so that my AI can see job logs and merge requests

2 new endpoints, one to get the job logs and the other to get the diff of a merge request

Describe alternatives you've considered
You could get other things from merge request instead of a diff. But I think that the diff is easiest for code review the MR.
