Describe the bug
Microsoft is updating Fabric Runtime 2.0 to include Spark 4.1 and Python 3.13.
However, semantic-link-labs only supports Python <3.13.
This is a major issue as Microsoft is randomly releasing the update throughout the regions

semantic-link-labs supports python 3.13
