🐛 Fix zero-contrast text in Storage/Pods stats cards (light mode)

Fixes #14183

Replaces hardcoded background colors in Storage and Pods stats cards with semantic Tailwind classes that respond to theme changes, ensuring text remains readable in Light Mode.
