Fixes #13751

Summary

Migrate the remaining 8 manual card hooks to createCardCachedHook:

  • useCachedCni
  • useCachedCortex
  • useCachedDapr
  • useCachedFlatcar
  • useCachedGrpc
  • useCachedStrimzi
  • useCachedVolcano
  • useCachedWasmcloud

What changed

  • Replaced manual useCache + useCardLoadingState boilerplate with createCardCachedHook
  • Replaced per-hook UseCached*Result interfaces with CardCachedHookResult<T> aliases
  • Preserved existing cache keys/categories/demo data and fetch/domain helper logic
  • Preserved each hook's existing hasAnyData semantics via createCardCachedHook config

Scope guard

This PR only refactors hook wiring/boilerplate. It does not change endpoint fetchers, data-shaping helpers, or card-specific domain calculations.

Refactor useCachedCni, useCachedCortex, useCachedDapr, useCachedFlatcar, useCachedGrpc, useCachedStrimzi, useCachedVolcano, and useCachedWasmcloud to the createCardCachedHook factory pattern while preserving existing fetch/domain logic and hasAnyData semantics.
