Fixes #13632

Summary

Adds confirmation before removing saved missions from the AI mission sidebar library.

Changes

  • MissionSidebar.tsx: added a confirmation dialog before saved mission deletion
  • PodDrillDown already has delete confirmation on current main
  • No workload delete action is present at the referenced WorkloadDeployment location on current main
✨ Add confirmation dialogs for destructive delete actions

Add a confirmation modal before removing saved missions from the AI mission sidebar library so destructive dismiss actions are less error-prone.
